What are the shipping costs?
Currently, we use USPS exclusively for shipping. If you prefer another carrier, please email us at: Sales@threadnhand.com
Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Orders up to $40: $6.00 shipping
- Orders between $41-$125: $8.00 shipping
- Orders $126 and over: FREE shipping
These rates apply to standard shipping only and do not include expedited options (3-day or overnight). For special shipping requirements, please contact us by email.
Note: We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
At ThreadnHand, your satisfaction is our priority. We make every effort to provide first-quality premium goods. If you receive a defective product, we will exchange it or refund your money at your request.
Please note that placing an order constitutes acceptance of all terms below.
Return Terms:
- Our return window is 15 days from delivery date. After this period, refunds cannot be offered.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Color variations due to lighting or online images are not considered defects.
- Minor measurement variations are not considered defects.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in refunds.
- All refunds require proof of purchase (receipt).
- Upon approval, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
